Classic Port Style
This wine is made from a blend of grapes, including some from Southwest Europe. You will find intense fruit character and depth of flavour at bottling, and it gets even better after a year or two of aging. The alcohol reading is around 16%, but that can be elevated further with the addition of Brandy and it will add to the true Port taste. Great with chocolate and rich deserts. $96.99
Porto Corinto
This is classic ruby port infused with flavourful blackcurrant and is exclusive to Cellar Craft. It is intense, rich and savory. This is at about 16% alcohol and can be made even better with the addition of Brandy, which adds to the caramel flavour of a true Port. This stuff is addictive, especially with chocolate or just sitting around and sipping. $96.99
Orange Muscat
This Muscat desert wine has natural orange essence and it exudes aromas of orange and spice along with flavours of honey, orange and lychee. This fabulous, intense wine can be enjoyed in its youth and should be served chilled. Think chocolate or other fabulous rich deserts. One taste and you will know why we won the gold medal. The flavour goes on and on. $96.99
Riesling Ice Wine Style
This kit is made from Washington State Johannisberg Riesling. It is complex, rich and intense with prominent peach, apricot and honey notes, plus a long lingering finish. The wine can be enjoyed young but wait awhile and find out the true depth of this beauty. Enjoy with fruit or nippy cheeses. Thought I was going to say chocolate didn't you? Try it if you want. $101.99
Gewurztraminer Ice Wine Style
These Gewurztraminer grapes from Washington's Yakima Valley burst with spice, exotic lychee aromas and richly intense flavours. This is a rare sensory experience. Enjoy with fruit or nippy cheeses. $114.99
Classic Cream Sherry
Are we ever glad this has returned to the Cellar Craft lineup. Because the company couldn't get the ingredients that made it so good, they canceled production rather then sacrifice quality. The wait was worth it as this is even better than before. The rich concentration of flavour is reminiscent of an ice wine, but with specific twists. Firstly it is golden hued from oak contact and exposure to elevated temperatures. Secondly, the subtle tropical fruit notes give way to rich, dark tones found in all fine Sherry. The complex aroma is enveloping. Subtle citrus fragrances precedes notes of coffee, caramel, tobacco and cocoa. The velvety flavour suggests dried fruit, vanilla and almonds. There is a balance of sweetness, richness and maturity. The finish provides a lingering farewell as the concentrated flavours of dates and figs dissolves on the palate. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. $81.99
